I’m Dr. Maria Isabel Guevara, I received my Dental Degree from the prestigious Universidad Autonoma de Manizales in Colombia, following which my passion for Orthodontics carried me back to study for 3 years full time the specialization of Orthodontics in Universidad del Valle in Cali, Colombia where I obtained my MS degree in the specialty of Orthodontics. My ambition to continue learning motivated me to do an Advanced program in Orthodontics at University of Illinois at Chicago.
After 4 years living and practicing at Chicago in the Orthodontics field my family and I moved to South Florida where I was accepted to and completed the 2 years Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program in Larkin Community Hospital.
My experience in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics allows me to generate better outcomes, happier and healthier patients.
In my spare time I love to be with my family, practice tennis, run and exercise.
